Magnesium is an essential mineral that has many important roles in ensuring healthy physical function. Muscular, circulatory, nerve and insulin metabolism all need magnesium for proper function. Having enough calcium and magnesium is also important for healthy bone development.

Dosage

Adults- Take two to six tablets daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed. Children (6-12 years) – Take one to three tablets daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed. Under 6 years – As professionally prescribed.
