Dimetapp Chesty Cough Elixir

Dimetapp Chesty Cough Elixir is great for Children’s Congested Coughs that are often associated with the common cold.

Dimetapp Chesty Cough Elixir:

• loosens and helps clear chest congestion
• breaks down mucus
• liquefies phlegm

Who can use this product
	Children 6 years to under 12 years (only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner)
	Adults and children 12 years and over

Do not use
	in children under 6 years
	if tamper evident cap seal is broken or missing
	if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients

Active Ingredients

Each 10mL contains

• Guaiphenesin 200mg
• Bromhexine Hydrochloride 8mg

Also contains: 
Sodium benzoate, saccharin sodium, alcohol, sorbitol (10.5g/30mL).
Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.

Dosage:

A measuring cup is included with this product for accurate dose measurement.

Do not use in children under 6 years old. Use in children aged 6 to 11 years only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner. Dose may be taken with water or fruit juice.

Caution: Stop use and consult a doctor if you have a cough that persists for more that 1 week, tends to recur or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition.
